Common use of President Clause in Contracts

President. The President shall have general charge of the business affairs and property of the Company and general supervision over its officers and agents. If present, he shall preside at all meetings of Members and he shall see that all orders and resolutions of the Board of Managers are carried into effect. He may sign and execute in the name of the Company deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts, agreements or other instruments duly authorized by the Board of Managers except in cases where the signing and execution thereof shall be expressly delegated by the Board of Managers to some other officer or agent.
