President and Vice President. The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Company unless such title is assigned to another officer of the Company. The President shall have such duties and powers as shall be designated from time to time by the Board of Managers. Unless the Board of Managers otherwise specifies, the President shall preside, or designate the person who shall preside, at all meetings of the Member and of the Board of Managers.
