Common use of PREQUALIFICATION TEST Clause in Contracts

PREQUALIFICATION TEST. The outcome of the prequalification tests, in accordance with Art. II.8, determines the aFRRmax,up and/or the aFRRmax,down that can be offered by the BSP in the capacity auctions. The prequalification test is mandatory: • before first participation of the BSP to aFRR capacity auctions; • to increase the aFRRmax,up and/or the aFRRmax,down, in absolute value The aFRRmax,up and aFRRmax,down are determined by summing the results of all prequalification tests.
