Premium Increases. In accordance with the requirements of 45 CFR §156.210 and §31-115 of the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange Act, and in addition to any other applicable rate filing requirements under State and federal law, Carrier shall provide the MHBE with prior notice of any QP premium increase, and post notice of such increase on Carrier Web site in accordance with State and federal laws and regulations.
