Common use of Preferred Provider Clause in Contracts

Preferred Provider. (a) The Company and its Subsidiaries shall not market, offer, provide or resell interexchange services, except (i) interexchange services that constitute Company Communication Services and (ii) interexchange services procured from AT&T Corp. or an Affiliate thereof designated by AT&T Corp. Such interexchange services shall be provided by AT&T Corp. or such Affiliate at a reasonable rate per minute, subject to mutual agreement as to all the terms of the agreement to provide such services, including, without limitation, the volume commitment and duration.
