PREFABRICATION. Subject to other ap- plicable provisions of this Agreement, the Employer agrees that when subcontracting for prefabrication of materials covered herein, such prefabrication shall be subcontracted to any fabricators who pay their employ- ees engaged in such fabrication not less than the wage scale for comparable sheet metal fabrication, as estab- lished under provisions of this Agreement.
