Preconstruction Activities. Upon CPO’s determination to recommend award of the Contract, the RCM and/or the PM will contact the A/E to request that they begin preparations for construction start. Such activities will include:
Preconstruction Activities a. Consultant shall prepare the agenda for and lead the preconstruction meeting. Consultant shall coordinate with the Contractor regarding items to be submitted at the preconstruction meeting. Consultant shall also prepare a preliminary submittal list, and provide this list to the Contractor at the meeting.
