Preconstruction Activities. a. Consultant shall prepare the agenda for and lead the preconstruction meeting. Consultant shall coordinate with the Contractor regarding items to be submitted at the preconstruction meeting. Consultant shall also prepare a preliminary submittal list, and provide this list to the Contractor at the meeting.
