Preamble & Definitions. These Support for Vocera Ease and Care Experience Solutions terms and conditions (“Support Terms”) govern the provision by Vocera Communications, Inc. (“Vocera”) of certain subscription maintenance and technical support services for Vocera Ease and Care Experience Solutions (“Support”) and any on site assistance (“On-Site Assistance”), all as described below and purchased by an end user customer (“End User”) from either Vocera or Vocera’s authorized reseller (“Reseller”).
