Pre-Use Walk Through. Prior to any use of the Theater, User must schedule a “pre-use walk through” with the Chief Business Official or designee, during which time the Chief Business Official or designee will identify Theater areas, spaces, equipment, and furnishings available for User’s use, and will make arrangements for opening and closing the Theater during User’s period of use.
