Pre-POC Development Plan. The activities to be performed during the Collaboration Period, and an estimated timeline for such activities, are set forth in the Development plan attached to this Agreement as Schedule I (“Pre-POC Development Plan”). The DC shall review the Pre-POC Development Plan from time to time, and in no event less often than once each calendar half-year during the Collaboration Period.
