PRE-APPROVED VACATION PAYMENT DURING A STRIKE/LOCKOUT. If the employer has approved scheduled vacation for an employee before a strike vote has been taken and subsequently the employee goes on strike or is locked out during a time for which the vacation had been scheduled, the employer shall pay to the employee the vacation pay that would have been paid to them with respect to that vacation.
