Powers in augmentation. The powers conferred on a mortgagee by law:
(a) are in addition to the Powers conferred by this Deed or any Collateral Security;
(b) (to the extent permitted by law) may be exercised by the Mortgagee immediately an Event of Default occurs and at any time subsequently; and
(c) are excluded or varied only so far as they are inconsistent with the express terms of this Deed or any Collateral Security.
Powers in augmentation. The powers conferred on a Secured Party or a Controller by law:
(a) except as specified in clause 21.2, are in addition to the Powers conferred by this Deed or any Transaction Document;
(b) to the extent permitted by law, may be exercised immediately upon an Event of Default that is subsisting; and
(c) are excluded or varied only so far as they are inconsistent with the express terms of this Deed or any Transaction Document.
Powers in augmentation. The powers conferred on a mortgagee by law:
(a) are in addition to the Powers conferred by this deed;
(b) (to the extent permitted by law and, subject to clause 40.17(d), and provided there is sufficient time to do so, with the prior written consent of the Noteholder Mortgagees) may be exercised by the Security Trustee immediately after the Charge becomes enforceable under this deed and at any time subsequently; and
