Power Testing Clause Samples
Power Testing. This end-to-end loss measurement will be conducted for each Leased Fiber in the span and from both directions using an industry-accepted laser source and power meter. The bi-directional average will be used to determine the end-to-end loss of the span at each appropriate wavelength. This test will be conducted at both 1310 nm and 1550 nm for Standard Single Mode Fiber; Dispersion Shifted Fiber (True WaveTM, LEAFTM, etc.) will be tested at 1550 nm only. In the event that a span consists of both Standard Single Mode and Dispersion Shifted fiber types, only 1550 nm testing will be conducted. This power testing will ensure fiber continuity and the absence of crossed fibers in the span. Power testing will only be conducted where the Leased Fiber is terminated by MFN in fiber distribution panels at both ends of the span.
Power Testing. 1.4.1 The power of the module(s) must be tested under the standard condition (STC).
1.4.2 STC: light spectrum of AM1.5, irradiation of 1000 W/m2, cells temperature of 25℃.
2 Limited Product Warranty
2.1 Our company warrants that the PV modules are free from defects caused by the modules themselves, under normal conditions of use, installation, and maintenance, within a period of the 12-year limited product warranty period from the date of delivery. (The defect is as follows: result in module not work normally, or very obvious and approved by our company.)
2.2 Within the 12-year limited product warranty period, the modules do not work normally caused by supply-side, or defects are found very obviously and approved by our company, these modules will be repaired free of charge, or replacement, or supply additional modules, or refund to the customer in the market price at the time of treatment. The selection right shall belong to our company.
2.3 Repair, replacement, supply additional modules, or refund remedy shall be the sole and exclusive performances guaranteed under this Limited Product Warranty and shall not extend beyond the period set forth herein.(If there is quality problem within the warranty period, we are only responsible for module replacement, which don’t include labor cost incurred in replacing module and Australia inland transportation).
2.4 As for the modules beyond the product warranty period, our company provide paid services: repair, or replacement, or supply modules. The related business should be determined through mutual consultation(If there is quality problem within the warranty period, we are only responsible for module replacement, which don’t include labor cost incurred in replacing module and Australia inland transportation)..

Grantor will conduct this testing at both 1310 nm and 1550 nm for Standard Single Mode Fiber, and at 1550 nm for Dispersion Shifted Fiber (True Wave™, LEAF™, etc.) or for spans that include both Standard Single Mode Fiber and Dispersion Shifted Fiber. Testing must ensure fiber continuity and the absence of crossed fibers in the span. Testing must be conducted where the Buyer Fiber is terminated by Grantor in fiber distribution panels at both ends of the span.

1.3 The measurements are carried out in accordance with IEC 61215 as tested at the junction box terminals per the calibration and testing standards of Link Energy valid at the date of manufacture of the PV-Modules. Link Energy’s calibration standards shall be in compliance with the standards applied by international institutions accredited for this purpose.
