Meter Testing. Company shall provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice to Seller prior to any test it may perform on the revenue meters or metering equipment. Seller shall have the right to have a representative present during each such test. Seller may request, and Company shall perform, if requested, tests in addition to the every fifth-year test and Seller shall pay the cost of such tests. Company may, in its sole discretion, perform tests in addition to the fifth year test and Company shall pay the cost of such tests. If any of the revenue meters or metering equipment is found to be inaccurate at any time, as determined by testing in accordance with this Section 10.2 (Meter Testing), Company shall promptly cause such equipment to be made accurate, and the period of inaccuracy, as well as an estimate for correct meter readings, shall be determined in accordance with Section 10.3 (Corrections).

Meter Testing. If Gatherer requests to have any meter tested, then Shipper shall have the meter tested in the presence of and to the satisfaction of Gatherer. If the meter tested proves to be accurate within plus or minus three percent (3%) at its normal operating range, then the cost of testing and recalibrating the meter shall be borne by Gatherer. Shipper will schedule all required tests within ten (10) days of a request by Gatherer. Shipper will notify Gatherer at least five (5) working days prior to the test of the date, time, and location of such test.

Meter Testing. In addition to any meter testing that is performed in compliance with Commission regulations, upon the Supplier’s written request, the Company will test designated electric meter(s) used for billing. In the event a test requested by the Supplier establishes that a Company-owned electric meter is registering inaccurately by more than the applicable Commission tolerances and requirements, as may be revised by the Commission from time to time, the costs of said tests shall be borne by the Company. Any electric meter found to be inaccurate by more than the applicable Commission tolerances and requirements, or is otherwise found to be defective, shall be adjusted, repaired or replaced, at the sole cost and expense of the Company. The cost of testing a meter at the request of the Supplier which is determined to be operating within applicable Commission tolerances and requirements and not found to be defective, will be borne by the Supplier. Costs will be calculated and billed under the same terms and conditions as the Company customarily uses for similar requests from Electric Supply & Delivery Service tariff customers.

The District shall provide Purchaser with reasonable advance notice of, and permit a representative of Purchaser to witness and verify, such inspections, tests, and adjustments.
