Common use of Power Outages Clause in Contracts

Power Outages. You acknowledge and understand that the Service does not function in the event of power failure. Should there be an interruption in the power supply, the Service will not function until power is restored. A power failure or disruption may require you to reset or reconfigure equipment prior to utilizing the Dyna Ring VOIP Service.
