POSTINGS AND STAFF CHANGES. A) Job Posting When a vacancy occurs the Employer shall notify the Union and post notice of the position on the District website for a minimum of five (5) working days in order that all regular employees will know about the position and be able to make written or electronic application therefor. Such notice shall contain the following information: location of work site (where identified), nature of position, required knowledge and education, ability and skills, shift and wage and salary rate or range. No advertisement for additional employees shall be made until after such posting has been completed. By agreement with the Union this requirement may be waived for an individual posting. This agreement will not be unreasonably withheld. If a position is to have an increase in regular hours to become full time then the Employer must post the position.
