Posting Required Clause Samples
The "Posting Required" clause mandates that certain notices, information, or documents must be visibly displayed or made accessible at a specified location, such as a workplace or project site. Typically, this involves posting legal notices, safety regulations, or compliance certificates in areas where employees, contractors, or the public can easily see them. By requiring such postings, the clause ensures that all relevant parties are informed of their rights, obligations, or safety procedures, thereby promoting transparency and legal compliance.
Posting Required. All positions anticipated by the University to be more than four months in duration shall be posted electronically for a minimum of 10 calendar days exclusive of statutory holidays.
Posting Required. All positions anticipated by the University to be five consecutive months or more in duration shall be posted * electronically for a minimum of 10 calendar days exclusive of statutory holidays. For auxiliary positions which are anticipated by the University to be more than four consecutive months, but less than five consecutive months in duration refer to Clause 22.5(b).
