Post Letting Clause Samples

The 'Post Letting' clause outlines the obligations and procedures that apply after a property has been leased to a tenant. Typically, this clause addresses matters such as ongoing maintenance responsibilities, reporting requirements, or the handling of tenant improvements and alterations following the commencement of the lease. Its core practical function is to ensure that both landlord and tenant understand their respective duties and expectations after the lease is in effect, thereby reducing disputes and promoting smooth property management.
