Post Letting. (a) All shop drawings submitted by the contractor for the PROJECT shall be reviewed and, when acceptable, approved for construction by the ENGINEER for the PROJECT. (b) The ENGINEER shall meet with effected property owners, along with City staff, at a pre- construction Public Information Meeting, as arranged by the City, to explain project design, in- cluding such issues as construction phasing and traffic control.
