Post-Dated Cheques. 8.1. Post-dated cheques shall be dropped off at City Hall for the duration of the Tax Arrears Agreement, in accordance with the timelines and provisions of the agreement. 8.2. All amounts and dates on the post-dated cheques shall be as specified in the Tax Arrears Agreement.
