EXHIBITING PREMISES. To permit the Landlord or its agents or servants to enter and show the Leased Premises, during normal business hours, to prospective purchasers of the Building and may after notice of termination of this Lease has been given or within the last six (6) months of the Term, enter and show the Leased Premises to prospective tenants and erect signs stating that the premises are "To Let".
EXHIBITING PREMISES. Tenant shall permit the Landlord or its agents to exhibit and show the Leased Premises to prospective tenants during normal Business Hours of the last six (6) months of the Term or any renewal thereof, or if Tenant is in default of any term of the Lease. Tenant shall not hold the Landlord liable for any damages resulting from such entry, absent gross negligence on the part of the Landlord.
EXHIBITING PREMISES. Tenant shall permit the Landlord or its agents to exhibit and show the Leased Premises to prospective tenants during normal Business Hours of the last six (6) months of the Term or any renewal thereof.
EXHIBITING PREMISES. 4(r) To permit the Landlord or its agents or servants upon twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to enter and show the Leased Premises, during normal business hours, to prospective purchasers or to existing or prospective lenders of the Building and may, after notice terminating this Lease has been given, or within the last 12 months of the Term, enter and show the Leased Premises to prospective tenants and erect a sign with reasonable dimensions stating that the Leased Premises are “For Rent”.
EXHIBITING PREMISES. The Landlord and its authorized agents and employees shall be permitted entry to the Leased Premises during the last six (6) months of the term for the purpose of exhibiting them to prospective tenants or at any time for the purposes of arranging financing for the Building.
EXHIBITING PREMISES. To permit the Landlord to exhibit the Premises to prospective tenants during Normal Business Hours during the last six (6) months of the Term upon receipt of forty-eight (48) hours' prior written notice.
EXHIBITING PREMISES. Landlord, its authorized agents and representatives, shall be entitled to enter the Premises upon not less than forty-eight (48) hours prior written notice to Tenant (facsimile notice being acceptable), and with minimal interference with Tenant's business at all reasonable times for the purpose of exhibiting the same to prospective purchasers and, during the final year of the Term of this Lease, Landlord shall be entitled to exhibit the Premises for lease and post signs therein announcing the same.
EXHIBITING PREMISES. The Tenant covenants with the Landlord to permit the Landlord or its agent to exhibit the Demised Premises to prospective tenants during normal business hours of the last eight (8) months of the Term.
EXHIBITING PREMISES. The Tenant agrees to permit the Landlord or its agents to exhibit the Leased Premises to prospective tenants during the Normal Business Hours for the last six (6) months of the Term.
