Common use of Positions Clause in Contracts

Positions. The Executive shall be employed as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Bank and shall perform and discharge faithfully the duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to the Executive from time to time in connection with the conduct of the businesses. The duties and responsibilities of the Executive shall be commensurate with similar positions at other community banks. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank (the “Chief Executive Officer”).

Positions. The Executive shall be employed as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Administrative Officer of the Company and the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of the Bank and shall perform and discharge faithfully the duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to the Executive from time to time in connection with the conduct of the businesses. The duties and responsibilities of the Executive shall be commensurate with similar positions at other publicly-traded community bank holding companies and community banks. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank (the “Chief Executive Officer”).

The Executive shall be employed as the Executive Vice President President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company and the Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Financial Officer and Secretary of the Bank and shall perform and discharge faithfully the duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to the Executive from time to time in connection with the conduct of the businesses. The duties and responsibilities of the Executive shall be commensurate with similar positions at other publicly-traded community bank holding companies and community banks. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank (the “Chief Executive Officer”).

The Executive shall be employed as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank and and, subject to the direction of the Board of Directors, shall perform and discharge faithfully the duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to the Executive from time to time in connection with the conduct of the businessesits business. The duties and responsibilities of the Executive shall be commensurate with similar positions at other community banks. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer position of the Bank (the “Chief Executive Officer”)executive vice president and chief financial officer of a bank and a bank holding company.

The duties and responsibilities of the Executive shall be commensurate with similar positions at other publicly-traded community bank holding companies and community banks. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank (the “Chief Executive Officer”)Company.

The duties and responsibilities of the Executive shall be commensurate with similar positions at other community banksbanks of a similar size to the Bank. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank (the “Chief Executive Officer”)Bank.

The duties and responsibilities of the Executive shall be commensurate with similar positions at other community banks. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer position of executive vice president and chief risk officer of a bank and the Bank (the “Chief Executive Officer”)position of executive vice president and chief risk officer of a bank holding company.

The duties and responsibilities of the Executive shall be commensurate with similar positions at other community banksbanks of a similar size to the Bank. The duties and responsibilities of the Executive shall be commensurate with similar positions at other community banksbanks of a similar size to the Bank. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank (and the “Chief Executive Officer”)Company.

The Executive shall be employed as the Executive a Group Vice President and Chief Credit Financial Officer of the Bank and, subject to the direction of the President and Chief Operating Officer, shall perform and discharge faithfully the duties and responsibilities which reasonably may be assigned to the Executive from time to time in connection with the conduct of the businesses. The duties and responsibilities of the Executive shall be commensurate with similar positions at other community banksbanks of a similar size to the Bank. The Executive shall report directly to the President and Chief Executive Operating Officer of the Bank (the “Chief Executive Officer”)Bank.

Positions. The Executive shall Employee will be employed as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Bank and shall perform and discharge faithfully the duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to the Executive Employee from time to time in connection with the conduct of the businessesBank’s business. The duties and responsibilities of the Executive Employee shall be commensurate with those of individuals holding similar positions at other community banksbanks similarly situated. The Executive shall Employee will report directly to the Chief Senior Executive Officer Office of the Bank (or such other officer as the “Chief Executive Officer”)Board of Directors may determine.

The duties and responsibilities of the Executive shall be commensurate with those of individuals holding similar positions at other community banksbanks and bank holding companies similarly organized. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer Board of Directors of Company and the Bank (the “Chief Executive Officer”)Board of Directors of Bank.
