Permanent Position Reassignments. All notifications of reassignments will be provided, in writing, to both the employee and the President of the Union. No employee shall be permanently reassigned without a meeting prior to the reassignment. The President of the Union may be present at such a meeting. Any employee who desires a transfer may apply to do so through the job posting procedure when a job opening within the bargaining unit occurs.
