Common use of Positions Clause in Contracts

Positions. Company shall employ Executive in the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Company reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of Company, or in such other positions as the parties mutually may agree. As of the Effective Date, Executive’s duties shall include leadership of the legal department of Company with responsibility for the legal compliance and reporting functions and all other legal matters of Company.

Positions.
