Common use of Positions and Duties Clause in Contracts

Positions and Duties. Telkonet hereby employs Executive in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Telkonet to perform such executive, management and administrative services and other customary duties consistent with Executive's position as a senior executive officer within the Company as set forth in the Telkonet by-laws and as Telkonet, by action of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors ("Board"), may request from time to time.

Positions and Duties. Telkonet hereby employs Executive in the capacity of Chief Financial Operating Officer (CFO) of Telkonet to perform such executive, management and administrative services and other customary duties consistent with Executive's ’s position as a senior executive officer within the Company as set forth in the Telkonet by-laws and as Telkonet, by action of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors ("“Board"”), may request from time to time.

Positions and Duties. Telkonet hereby employs Executive in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing of Telkonet to perform such executive, management and administrative services and other customary duties consistent with Executive's ’s position as a senior executive officer within the Company as set forth in the Telkonet by-laws and as Telkonet, by action of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors ("“Board"”), may request from time to time.

Telkonet hereby employs Executive in the capacity of Chief Financial Technology Officer (CFOCTO) of Telkonet to perform such executive, management and administrative services and other customary duties consistent with Executive's position as a senior executive officer within the Company as set forth in the Telkonet by-laws and as Telkonet, by action of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors ("Board"), may request from time to time.

Positions and Duties. Telkonet hereby employs Executive in the capacity of Chief Financial Technology Officer (CFO) of Telkonet to perform such executive, management management, development, engineering and administrative services and other customary duties consistent with Executive's ’s position as a senior executive officer within the Company as set forth in Company, subject to the Telkonet by-laws and as direction of Telkonet, by action of its ’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors ("Board"), may request from time to timeDirectors.
