Common use of Positions Affected Clause in Contracts

The Parties agree that the Utility Operator (UO) Program covers employees working on the following systems: water supply and distribution (Regional Water Supply System/Xxxx xx Xxxx Water Distribution System/Saanich Peninsula Water System) and wastewater collection and wastewater treatment (Core Area Wastewater System/Saanich Peninsula Wastewater System), and Salt Spring Island and Xxxxxx Island water and wastewater operations.
