Position Definitions. The following position definitions shall apply: A ‘Clinical Pharmacist” is a pharmacist who is registered in terms of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance (HPCA) Act 2003 with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand and is employed in a clinical pharmacy facilitator role with the employer.
