Position Definitions. 15.1. The University agrees to create and maintain duty sets for the bargaining unit as per Appendix B. 15.2. Prior to the commencement of duties, each employee will receive a letter confirming the following: full or partial Graduate Teaching Assistantship and salary; start and end dates of these duties and responsibilities; hours of work; course number(s), if applicable, and name of the immediate supervisor. In order, to meet operational needs from time to time, the duty sets may be re-assigned in writing with a copy to the Union.
