Common use of Position Changes Clause in Contracts

Position Changes. When an Employee changes positions during the appraisal period, and the Employee has served under the same performance requirements at least ninety (90) days in the position from which they changed, a performance rating will be prepared and provided to the Employee’s new supervisor for consideration. When the Employee’s position changes but his/her supervisor does not change, the supervisor should prepare documentation of the Employee’s performance in the former position and consider this in the Employee’s annual rating of record.
