Position Changes. When Human Resources becomes aware of one of the following actions, the Union will be notified in accordance with Article 3: 23.8.1 Reallocation of an occupied bargaining unit position to a lower classification; or 23.8.2 Removal of an occupied position from the bargaining unit.
