Position Allowance Clause Samples

A Position Allowance clause defines additional compensation provided to employees who hold specific positions or take on extra responsibilities beyond their standard role. This allowance is typically paid on top of the base salary and may apply to roles such as team leaders, department heads, or project managers. The core function of this clause is to recognize and reward employees for the added duties or leadership roles they assume, ensuring fair compensation and incentivizing staff to take on greater responsibilities.
