POS application. If the software is installed on a retail point of service device, you may use the software with a point of service application (“POS Application”). A POS Application is a software application which provides only the following functions: (i) process sales and service transactions, scan and track inventory, record and/or transmit customer information, and perform related management functions, and/or (ii) provide information directly and indirectly to customers about available products and services. For clarification purposes, an automated teller machine (“ATM”) is not a retail point of service device.
