Port Proposals Located Within the AAA. ‌ The Port shall administer the process for critical area review for properties located within the boundaries of the AAA. Critical area reports and other supporting material shall be prepared by a qualified professional as defined by SMC 15.700.015. The qualified professionals retained by the Port shall not be required to be on the City’s list of professionals described under SMC 15.700.100(B), nor shall the Port be required to pay for third party review under SMC 15.700.100(C).
