The Service is for the geographical area of Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council and is for Doncaster GP registered Service Users who are the Trust Service Users under the Authority Contract. It is recognised that some Doncaster area Service Users may be homeless/in secure accommodation, or not registered with a GP. The Provider will be informed in advance of the Service Users they will be providing the Service to.
