Common use of Polymer Clause in Contracts

Polymer. Beginning on the Effective Date, until the end of the Term or such earlier time as (a) the effective date of the Perpetual License Agreement or (b) the early termination of this Agreement in accordance with Sections 9.2 or 9.3 (the “Supply Term”), Landec will manufacture and supply Polymer to Monsanto. During the Supply Term, Monsanto will order and purchase from Landec under the terms and conditions stated in this Section 4 its total requirement of Polymer and Landec will, under the terms and conditions stated in this Section 4, manufacture and sell to Monsanto an amount of Polymer equal to such total requirement.

Polymer. During the Supply Term, Monsanto will order and purchase from Landec under the terms and conditions stated in this Section 4 its total requirement of Polymer and Landec will, under the terms and conditions stated in this Section 4, manufacture and sell to Monsanto an amount of Polymer equal to such total requirement.
