Polygraph Tests. 36 37 No employee shall be required to take a polygraph examination, and no 38 disciplinary action shall be taken against any employee for refusing to take a polygraph 39 examination. However, if any employee consents to a polygraph examination, the 40 results of that examination may not be used or offered in any judicial or quasi-judicial 41 proceeding (other than grievance- arbitration proceedings under this Agreement) unless 42 required by court order.
