Common use of Pollution Liability Clause in Contracts

Pollution Liability. Contractor shall purchase and thereafter maintain, so long as such insurance is available on a commercially reasonable basis, Pollution Liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 covering liability arising from the sudden and accidental release of pollution on the Facility Site.
