Policies, Certificates, Limits and Disposition of Documents. The Contractor shall obtain at his expense insurance with limits as shown hereinbelow, unless the Contractor desires to broaden the limits and obtain more protection. The Contractor shall provide the Owner with all insurance documentation and evidence of insurance as required herein, and updated certificates of all insurance required herein must be provided to the Owner at least quarterly until Final Payment.
