Comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance. (Occurrence Form CG 00 01): The CONSULTANT shall procure and maintain and require all sub-contractors to procure and maintain during the life of this Agreement, a comprehensive general liability policy, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, contractual liability, and Explosion, Collapse and Underground (XCU) coverage. The general aggregate limit shall apply separately to this project/location or the general aggregate limit shall be twice the required occurrence limit. Proof of such insurance shall be filed by the CONSULTANT with the DISTRICT within ten (10) days after the execution of this Agreement. The policy must include comprehensive general liability with a limit of $1,000,000 for general aggregate; $1,000,000 for each occurrence; $1,000,000 for products and completed ops; $100,000 for damage to rented premises; and $100,000 for fire damage. The policy shall be endorsed to include the following additional insured language: “Englewood Water District, Florida, and its commissioners, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers shall be named as an additional insured with respect to liability arising out of the activities performed by, or on behalf of the CONSULTANT.”
Comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance. Contractor agrees to obtain and maintain throughout this contract period a Comprehensive Commercial General Liability insurance policy in the single limit amount of $1,000,000 and will provide general liability insurance in amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate with an endorsement naming the Coalition as additional insured, unless Contractor is self-insured. If Contractor is self-insured, Contractor must be able to provide the same coverage and must submit proper documentation to the Coalition as evidence of such.
Comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance including product liability insurance against claims regarding the Services and its activities contemplated by this Agreement, in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) Combined Single Limit bodily Injury & Property Damage Each Occurrence / two million dollars ($2,000,000) Aggregate, independent contractors, and personal and advertising injury coverages.
Comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance. Coverage must apply to all employees at the statutory limits provided by state and federal laws. The Consultant must procure and maintain, and require all subcontractors to procure and maintain, during the life of this Contract, a comprehensive commercial general liability policy, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, broad form contractual liability and Explosion, Collapse and Underground (XCU) coverage. Property Damage Each Occurrence / two million dollars ($2,000,000) Aggregate, independent contractors, and personal and advertising injury coverages.
Comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance. With coverage limits not less than $2,000,000.00 (TWO MILLION DOLLARS AND NO/100) combined single limit per occurrence and annual aggregate where generally applicable including premises-operations, independent contractors, products/completed operations, broad form property damage, blanket contractual, and personal injury endorsements.
Comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance. $1,000,000 per occurrence of Combined Single Limit Coverage and $2,000,000 general aggregate for bodily injury and property damage The policy shall include the following extensions:
Comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance for personal injury, bodily injury, death and property damage liability in amounts not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence, $2,000,000.00 aggregate and with total excess and umbrella coverage totaling $10,000,000.00 (or such lesser amount as Lender may approve in its discretion). During any construction on the Property, each contractor having a contract for construction in an amount equal to or greater than $100,000.00 shall also provide the insurance required in this Subsection (b), except that the minimum required coverages shall be $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $2,000,000.00 in the aggregate (both inclusive of umbrella coverage). Lender hereby retains the right to periodically review the amount of said liability insurance being maintained by Borrower and to require an increase in the amount of said liability insurance should Lender deem an increase to be reasonably prudent under then existing circumstances.
Comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance. Sublessee shall procure and maintain at its own expense, during the term of this Sublease, comprehensive commercial general liability insurance with a company or companies acceptable to Sublessor, of not less than Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence, Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) in the aggregate, for bodily injury, personal injury, death, loss, or damage to property resulting from the activities conducted by the Sublessee or its officers, employees, servants, volunteers, and agents and independent contractors on the Subleased Premises. Such policies shall provide coverage for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage to the Subleased Premises based upon, involving or arising out of the use, occupancy or maintenance of the Subleased Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto.
Comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance. Contractor shall obtain and maintain, and require to be obtained and maintained from all Subcontractors at their sole expense throughout the entire term of this Agreement, a Comprehensive Commercial General Liability insurance policy in the amount of $1 Million ($1,000,000) combined single limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage and ($2,000,000) annual aggregate. The Xxxxxx Yaqui Tribe, its officials, employees, agents and volunteers shall be named as an additional insured for all operations including products and completed operations within the scope of the Agreement. Contractor shall also endorse their policy and require endorsement of subcontractors’ policies that the Contractor’s and subcontractors’ coverage shall be primary and non-contributory to any other insurance available to cover the Xxxxxx Yaqui Tribe. It is further agreed that Contractor’s and all subcontractors’ policies shall waive their subrogation rights against the Xxxxxx Yaqui Tribe, its officials, agents, employees and volunteers.
