Plumbing System. The plumbing system is warranted against defective materials and workmanship, except where failure in the system is caused by alteration or improper operation or use by Buyer or Buyer's agent. Leaky valves and faucets; water hammer; interior drain, waste, vent and water pipes not adequately protected to prevent freezing and bursting during normally anticipated cold weather; leaks in any waste, vent or water piping; sanitary sewer lines, fixtures, and waste or drain lines that do not operate or drain properly due to improper construction; and defects in any service connections to the common water supply system are covered by the Limited Warranty.
