PLANT AND WORK RULES. Whenever the employees and/or agents of either party are on the premises of the other party, or on the premises of an End User, they shall comply with all site rules and regulations (including, where required by government regulations, submission of satisfactory clearance from the U.S. Department of Defense and/or any other governmental authorities concerned).
