Plans Approved. I have reviewed the Plans; the Plans are satisfactory and have been approved by all Government Authorities having jurisdiction over the Property and the Work.
Plans Approved. The Plans have been approved by all Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction, and all necessary building and all other construction related Permits and all other governmental and private authorizations and approvals with respect to the Plans and construction of the Improvements have been obtained.
