Planning Acts. 27.1 The Tenant shall comply with the Planning Acts as they apply to the Property. 27.2 The Tenant shall not carry out any development on the Property which requires planning permission. 27.3 The Tenant shall allow the Landlord to enter the Property to comply with any lawful requirement under the Planning Acts, even if that restricts the enjoyment of the Property.
