Plan to Set Up and Mobilise Operations. In order to commence full operations the Contractor must complete the following activities by the required dates; Activity Date Go Live/Delivery Date, by 14/10/2013 3 Performance Requirements In delivering the Services the Contractor acknowledges that it shall be under an obligation to meet the following performance targets and furthermore that failure to meet all or any of the defined such targets, shall entitle the Authority to serve notice to terminate on the Contractor. The following performance targets have been agreed between the Parties; 40% of Claimants, who complete the 4 week Opportunity 50+ course to achieve both a job outcome and receive In Work Support for a period of 6 weeks; 

The following performance targets have been agreed between the Parties; 4030% of Claimants, who complete the 4 6 week Opportunity 50+ Health Support course to achieve both a job outcome and receive In Work Support for a period of 6 weeks; 
