Plan of Operation. 9.1 The Unit Operator shall submit plans of operation which are consistent with the requirements for Exploration Plans or Development and Production Plans as required by the Act, Subpart B of 30 CFR Part 250, and other sections of the regulations. All operations within the unit area shall be conducted in accordance with an approved plan.
