Plan Maintenance. The Pension Plan will be maintained during the life of the Collective Agreement between the parties dated January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2011 and will not be changed except as provided in paragraph 2 above, as it affects members of the various bargaining units without the agreement of the Union representing affected members.
