In accepting the Equity Award, the International Participant acknowledges that the International Participant has online access to a copy of the Plan (at: ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) and is deemed to have received a copy and reviewed it, and has received the Agreement and has reviewed the Agreement, including this Appendix, in their entirety and fully understands and accepts all provisions of the Plan and the Agreement, including this Appendix.
