Common use of Placement Services Clause in Contracts

Placement Services. Facilitate the Issuer’s contemplated Regulation A+ Offerings pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933 on ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (and all applicable branches of such website), an online platform owned by OpenDeal Inc. and hosted by Republic Core LLC (“Republic Core”), affiliates of ODB (collectively, the “Republic Platform”). The Offerings shall be conducted on a “best efforts” basis, providing hosting and operational services for the Offerings. Best efforts participation may consist of ODB’s use of its best efforts to place all or part of the Offerings.
