Placement of Carts. CONTRACTOR shall pick up all Carts placed within three (3) feet of the street. Carts, after being emptied by CONTRACTOR, will be returned by CONTRACTOR as close as reasonably possible to its original location. Carts shall not be placed in front of the garage doors or behind vehicles blocking vehicular movement unless originally placed in those locations by the resident.
